Pick Period

Choose a season, then select an existing week to edit it or create a new pick period for that season.
Week Maintenance
Archive keeps the week and its history but removes it from normal player use. Delete Unused is only allowed when the week has no player activity or finalized results.

Games for Selected Pick Period

Add each matchup, choose Team 1 and Team 2, and mark the tiebreaker game. A game can be permanently deleted only before any player has picked it. Once picks exist, preserve the game for history.

Closing Odds

Automatic checks remain private before picks close. At the deadline, one closing snapshot is published and frozen for players.
Select a closed pick period to review odds.

Automatic Updates

Configure each selected week independently. Odds are monitored privately, published after the picks deadline, then frozen; scores run only inside their selected date range.
Pre-deadline checks are admin-only. The first successful check after closing publishes and permanently freezes the lines.

Weekly Email Announcement

Build the weekly message here. Drafts are saved with the selected pick period. After a successful send, the subject and announcement are cleared so it is obvious that the message was sent; the exact sent email remains available in Sent Email History below.
