Add the player profile first. Use Deactivate to preserve a player's history without allowing access. Delete Unused is available only for inactive, unlinked players with no historical activity. If an account is missing, Activate Account creates or repairs and confirms the login link; Send Invite remains available for the normal invitation flow. Linked players can use Password Recovery or the admin-only Set Password fallback.
